What We’re Looking For :
- A qualified CA with 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience in financial statement preparation and account reconciliations.
- A strong understanding of balance sheet reviews, P&L analysis, and financial closing activities.
- Knowledge of applicable Accounting Standards and Ind AS.
- Experience in audit coordination and statutory reporting.
What You’ll Bring :
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of SAP.
- The ability to manage month-end and year-end closing within deadlines.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal teams and auditors.
- A proactive approach to resolving accounting discrepancies and maintaining accurate financial records.
