Lead corporate finance strategy, capital planning, fundraising, debt syndication, and investor relationships.
Drive financial structuring and funding closure for land acquisitions, joint ventures, redevelopment, and real estate development projects.
Oversee cash flow forecasting, treasury operations, working capital, and fund allocation across multiple project entities.
Manage direct and indirect taxation, including GST, TDS, tax planning, assessments, and complex real estate transactions.
Ensure compliance with RERA, applicable accounting standards, statutory requirements, and financial reporting obligations.
Oversee financial statements, audits, internal controls, risk management, and corporate governance.
Lead ERP improvements and integrate finance operations with sales, procurement, project execution, billing, and collections.
Optimize borrowing costs, strengthen financial discipline, and provide actionable financial insights to executive leadership.
Build, mentor, and lead finance, taxation, and accounting teams.

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with active ICAI membership.
10–15+ years of relevant post-qualification experience in corporate finance, taxation, accounting, and financial leadership.
Strong experience in real estate development, property finance, and multi-project financial management.
Expertise in debt funding, private equity transactions, financial modelling, investment appraisal, and lender negotiations.
In-depth knowledge of Ind AS 115, RERA financial requirements, GST, JDA/JV structures, and real estate taxation.
Experience managing consolidated financial reporting, statutory audits, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise finance systems.
Demonstrated ability to lead large teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and support strategic business decisions.
High integrity, strong commercial acumen, and excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
