What We’re Looking For :
- Develop and review engineering designs for electrical systems, HVAC, pumping installations, and fire detection and suppression systems.
- Ensure design solutions align with applicable building codes, technical standards, and project requirements.
- Review drawings and technical specifications, identify design challenges, and recommend practical engineering solutions.
- Conduct site inspections to assess installation quality, workmanship, and compliance with approved designs.
- Provide technical guidance during MEP installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Support value engineering initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare project scopes, design criteria, technical requirements, and tender documentation.
- Evaluate technical submissions and prepare tender assessments, progress reports, and engineering documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong knowledge of MEP design principles and building services engineering.
- Understanding of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, pumping systems, and fire protection systems.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and design calculations.
- Experience with engineering design tools such as AutoCAD and relevant 3D modelling applications.
- Familiarity with applicable engineering codes, construction standards, and quality requirements.
- Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written communication, technical reporting, and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications for documentation and reporting.
