What We’re Looking For
• 6+ years of relevant experience in automotive sales, business development or project management
• Experience working with Automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers
• Background in manufacturing, auto components, electronics or power electronics
• Candidates selling components/products to OEM or Tier-1 customers will be preferred
• Exposure to magnetic components or magnetic materials will be an advantage
• Candidates without direct magnet-industry experience may also be considered if they have automotive sales experience and knowledge of magnetic materials
• Strong understanding of customer requirements, RFQs, quotations and product development
What You’ll Bring
• Strong automotive B2B sales and business development experience
• Experience managing OEM/Tier-1 customer relationships
• Project coordination and customer-facing skills
• Good understanding of automotive components and manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of magnetic materials/components is an added advantage
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Familiarity with customer portals such as Extranet and Enovia is beneficial
• Self-driven attitude with willingness to travel and learn
