What we’re looking for:
- 4–8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle PL/SQL development
- Experience handling module-level ownership and guiding a small development team
- Strong expertise in PL/SQL programming and complex SQL
- Practical experience with Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, Triggers, and database queries
- Good understanding of SQL optimization and performance tuning
- Experience handling production issues, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
What you’ll bring:
- A hands-on approach to Oracle database development
- Ability to review code and maintain development quality
- Experience coordinating with technical, testing, business, and client teams
- Ownership mindset toward timelines, deliverables, and issue resolution
- Ability to mentor and support team members
- Experience working with enterprise-level applications is an advantage
- BFSI/domain experience will be an added advantage
