We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Head with strong expertise in plant maintenance, utility management, automation systems, and preventive maintenance operations.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and control machine and equipment breakdowns
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities for machines and utilities
• Ensure healthy operational condition of all plant equipment
• Handle utility maintenance including Compressor, DG, and HVAC systems
• Manage critical spare parts inventory and maintenance planning
• Monitor and improve MTTR / MTBF performance
• Drive improvement initiatives and energy-saving projects
• Support installation and commissioning of new machines and assembly lines
• Handle PLC/HMI programming modifications and logic development
• Ensure statutory and safety compliance as per government norms
• Coordinate with HO for new product and facility development
• Monitor daily energy, diesel, and water consumption
• Maintain strong vendor coordination and support departmental KPIs
🎯 Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, Servo Drives, and VFD systems
• Experience in utility maintenance and industrial automation
• Basic understanding of SAP / ERP systems
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 documentation
• Strong troubleshooting and maintenance planning skills
• Good communication and team management abilities
• Hands-on experience with MS Office tools

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial plant maintenance
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Ability to manage both team operations and individual responsibilities effectively
