We are looking for a dynamic Finance Professional with strong experience in real estate finance, budgeting, fundraising support, and financial operations management.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets
• Monitor project-wise financial performance and cash flow operations
• Handle receivables, payables, and banking coordination
• Support project finance activities, loan processing, and fundraising initiatives
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, statutory filings, and audit requirements
• Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports
• Analyze budgets versus actuals and provide financial insights to management
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and internal stakeholders
• Support investment tracking and cost optimization initiatives
• Lead and coordinate finance and accounts operations effectively
🎯 Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience in project finance and fundraising support
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and accounting software
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
🎓 Qualification
• MBA in Finance
• 5–10 years of experience in Real Estate / Infrastructure finance
