We are looking for a dynamic Channel Sales Manager with strong expertise in real estate channel sales, broker management, and lead conversion.


🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with brokers, channel partners, and real estate consultants
• Develop strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Drive lead generation through broker meets, site visits, and property events
• Act as the key point of contact for channel partners and provide regular project updates
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and partner performance
• Coordinate with internal sales teams to ensure smooth deal closures
• Maintain strong follow-ups and ensure high conversion rates


🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 3–10 years of experience in real estate channel sales/business development
• Strong broker and channel partner network
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems
• Willingness to travel for partner meetings and site visits


🎓 Qualification

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field
