We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager with strong expertise in real estate procurement, vendor management, and construction material sourcing.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for construction materials and services
• Manage quotation comparison, rate negotiations, and purchase order processing
• Coordinate with project, site, and accounts teams for procurement planning
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve quality or supply issues
• Maintain procurement records, vendor contracts, and documentation
• Monitor stock levels and plan purchases to avoid shortages and delays
• Build strong vendor relationships and ensure compliance with company standards
• Track market trends and pricing to achieve cost optimization
• Verify vendor bills and coordinate with accounts for payment processing
• Ensure procurement activities comply with audit and company policies
🎯 What We’re Looking For
• 8–10 years of procurement experience in the Real Estate / Construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and vendor networks
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
• Experience in procurement planning and coordination
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
• Strong documentation, follow-up, and communication abilities
🎓 Qualification
• Graduate or Diploma in a relevant field
• Real estate procurement experience is mandatory
