We are looking for an experienced Land Acquisition Manager with strong expertise in feasibility analysis, land evaluation, and real estate development.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate land parcels for residential and commercial development opportunities
• Conduct feasibility studies covering market demand, competition, and project viability
• Perform legal and regulatory due diligence including zoning and compliance checks
• Prepare financial models, cost estimates, ROI, IRR, and project profitability analysis
• Identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies
• Coordinate with consultants, legal teams, brokers, and stakeholders
• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for management decision-making
🎯 What We’re Looking For
• 4–15 years of experience in land acquisition, feasibility analysis, or real estate development
• Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and land evaluation
• Expertise in financial modeling and project feasibility studies
• Knowledge of zoning laws, approvals, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to present reports and recommendations to senior stakeholders
🎓 Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field
