We are looking for a proactive HSE Officer to ensure workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and effective implementation of health & safety practices on site.
🔑 What You’ll Do
• Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies
• Conduct site inspections and identify potential risks
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Deliver safety trainings and toolbox talks to workers
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports with corrective actions
• Maintain safety records, permits, and documentation
• Coordinate emergency drills and ensure preparedness
• Monitor PPE usage and enforce safety discipline on site
🎯 What We’re Looking For
• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in HSE (construction/industrial preferred)
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
• Strong observation, reporting, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and team coordination abilities
⭐ Preferred
• Certifications like NEBOSH / IOSH / HSE Diploma
