We are looking for a seasoned AVP – Projects to lead large-scale real estate developments, ensuring seamless execution from planning to delivery.
🔑 What You’ll Do
• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Oversee site operations, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors
• Monitor project progress and resolve execution challenges
• Drive cost control, budgeting, and financial tracking
• Conduct regular site reviews to ensure timely delivery
• Manage stakeholder communication and reporting
👥 Leadership Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor project managers, engineers, and site teams
• Build a high-performance, collaborative team culture
• Drive accountability, productivity, and continuous improvement
🎯 What We’re Looking For
• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• 18+ years of experience in real estate project execution
• Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, regulations, and quality standards
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
⭐ Good to Have
• PMP or similar certification
• Experience in sustainable/green building practices
• Exposure to modern construction technologies
