We are looking for a seasoned HSE Leader to drive safety excellence across multiple construction projects and build a strong culture of compliance and risk prevention.
🔑 What You’ll Do
• Lead and implement HSE strategies across project sites
• Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and standards
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
• Drive contractor safety programs, training, and onboarding
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
• Build safety awareness through trainings and toolbox talks
• Track safety KPIs, reporting, and performance dashboards
• Collaborate with project teams to embed safety in execution
🎯 What We’re Looking For
• 10+ years of experience in HSE, preferably in construction/real estate
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, NBC codes, and compliance norms
• Hands-on experience in audits, risk assessment, and incident management
• Proven ability to manage contractor safety and large site teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
⭐ Preferred
• Diploma in Safety / Industrial Safety / Fire & Safety
• Certifications like NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA
