We are looking for an experienced Architect with strong exposure to high-rise residential and commercial projects, capable of handling design coordination and site execution.
🔑 What You’ll Do
• Prepare and review architectural drawings for high-rise developments
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants for integrated design execution
• Review GFC drawings, shop drawings, and working details
• Conduct site visits to ensure execution aligns with design intent
• Support approvals, documentation, and compliance requirements
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for finishes and façade work
• Identify and resolve design/site issues to ensure timely delivery
🎯 What We’re Looking For
• B.Arch / M.Arch with 6–8 years of relevant experience
• Strong experience in high-rise residential/commercial projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office
• Good understanding of building codes, bye-laws, and construction quality
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to manage timelines and multiple stakeholders effectively
