We are looking for a hands-on System Engineer to manage desktop support, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops/laptops (Windows OS)
• Provide support for MS Office and standard applications
• Diagnose and resolve hardware & software issues
• Handle basic networking issues (LAN, connectivity, IP configuration)
• Provide timely end-user support and ticket resolution
• Maintain system performance and minimize downtime
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware-related concerns
🎯 What We’re Looking For
Must Have:
• 2–3 years of experience in IT/Desktop Support
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS installation & troubleshooting
• Good understanding of MS Office tools
• Basic networking knowledge
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Good to Have:
• Experience in IT asset management
• Familiarity with remote desktop tools
• Basic knowledge of servers or cloud environments
