🔑 What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive and manage high-impact cross-functional projects across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations
- Act as a central coordination point between internal teams and leadership
- Track key initiatives, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership reviews
- Analyze business data to support strategic decisions
- Manage vendor coordination, budgets, and deliverables
- Support leadership with scheduling, planning, and operational priorities
- Ensure effective communication and alignment across stakeholders
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in project/program management and stakeholder coordination
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and data analysis
- High ownership, attention to detail, and execution mindset
