Business Development Manager – Real Estate

We’re looking for a driven Business Development professional with strong exposure to real estate transactions, land acquisition, and deal closures in the Mumbai market.


🔑 What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Identify and evaluate land acquisition, redevelopment, and JV opportunities
• Build strong relationships with brokers, consultants, landowners, and market stakeholders
• Drive deal lifecycle from sourcing to closure including negotiations and documentation
• Conduct feasibility analysis including financials, FSI, and development potential
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and technical teams for due diligence
• Track deal pipeline and provide regular updates to leadership
• Stay updated on market trends, policies, and new opportunities


🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile

• 8–12 years of experience in real estate business development/acquisitions
• Strong network within Mumbai real estate ecosystem
• Proven track record of closing deals independently
• Good understanding of FSI, development norms, and regulations
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• Self-driven with high ownership and result orientation
