🛠️ Key Responsibilities
📦 Packing Operations
– Supervise packing activities as per buyer instructions and export standards
– Ensure accurate assortment, tagging, folding, and carton marking
– Maintain consistency in quality and packaging standards
📑 Documentation & Records
– Maintain packing lists, measurements, and shipment documentation
– Ensure all records are accurate and audit-ready
🤝 Coordination
– Work closely with QA and merchandising teams for final inspections
– Ensure timely readiness for dispatch and shipment
📊 Material Management
– Monitor packing material usage and avoid shortages or wastage
– Maintain proper inventory and control mechanisms
🎯 Key Requirements
– Minimum 5 years of experience in garment/export packing
– Good written English skills (for packing lists & carton marking)
– Knowledge of export packing standards and compliance
– Strong attention to detail and process discipline
