🛠️ Key Responsibilities

🌍 Land Sourcing & Market Development

– Identify land opportunities through broker networks, landowners, and market intelligence

– Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, consultants, and local stakeholders

– Conduct site visits, micro-market analysis, and zoning assessments

📊 Feasibility & Market Analysis

– Perform feasibility studies including development potential and ROI analysis

– Analyze market trends, pricing benchmarks, and competition landscape

– Track policy changes and upcoming development corridors

🤝 Negotiation & Deal Closure

– Lead negotiations with landowners and intermediaries

– Drive end-to-end deal closure and transaction structuring

– Ensure timely acquisition aligned with business strategy

📑 Due Diligence & Documentation

– Coordinate with legal, finance, technical, and liaison teams

– Oversee documentation, approvals, and compliance processes

– Manage agreements and ensure smooth project handover

📈 Stakeholder & Team Management

– Present feasibility reports and proposals to senior leadership

– Mentor junior team members (if applicable)

– Collaborate cross-functionally for seamless execution

🎯 Candidate Profile

🎓 Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Real Estate, Urban Planning, Engineering, or related field

– Strong experience in real estate land acquisition & business development

– Proven track record in broker-driven sourcing and deal closures

– Experience in joint ventures (preferred)

– In-depth understanding of zoning, land laws, and development regulations

– Strong negotiation, analytical, and commercial skills

– Willingness to travel across cities for site visits and deals

– Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
