– Use AI tools as a core development accelerator across the lifecycle
– Design and manage AI-assisted development workflows
– Build pipelines for:

▪️ Code quality & vulnerability checks
🧠 Prompt Engineering & Automation
– Develop high-quality prompts and reusable prompt libraries
– Ensure consistency and accuracy in AI-generated outputs
– Enable automation for debugging, testing, and optimization
⚙️ DevOps & Integration
– Integrate AI capabilities into CI/CD pipelines
– Establish guardrails for security, compliance, and code quality
– Improve development efficiency through AI-driven workflows
👥 Leadership & Innovation
– Mentor teams on AI-native engineering practices
– Guide adoption of modern tools and frameworks
– Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and best practices
🎯 Core Technical Skills
– 10+ years of experience in C#, .NET, .NET Core
– Strong experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
– Expertise in microservices, event-driven architecture, and multithreading
– Solid understanding of design patterns, testing, and performance tuning
– Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and modern databases
– Exposure to React / Node.js / GraphQL (preferred)
– Strong experience in API design and development
– Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD automation
– Knowledge of DevOps best practices
🤖 AI-Native Expertise (Must Have)
– Advanced experience in AI-assisted development workflows
– Strong skills in prompt engineering for production systems
– Experience in AI-based test generation and code review automation
– Hands-on in AI-driven debugging and performance optimization

– Experience integrating AI tools within DevOps pipelines
