🌟 About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Channel Sales Leader to drive and scale national-level channel partnerships within the real estate ecosystem. This role will focus on building strong broker networks, driving revenue through channel partners, and leading high-performing sales teams across key markets.

🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile

The candidate should come with experience in one or more of the following:

– Leading sales or channel sales for a region/city with a large real estate developer

– Heading channel sales for mid-to-large scale real estate organizations

– Strong market exposure in Hyderabad or Bengaluru

– Managing broker networks or channel partner ecosystems for a property platform

– Proven experience in driving revenue through channel-led business models

🔑 Key Responsibilities

– Build and expand a strong national channel partner network

– Drive sales through brokers, IPCs, and channel partners

– Strengthen presence across key real estate markets

– Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing sales teams

– Achieve revenue targets through strategic partnerships and alliances
