Drive design excellence by ensuring seamless coordination, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery of architectural outputs from concept to execution.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
🏗️ Design Management & Coordination
– Lead architectural design coordination across multiple ongoing and upcoming projects
– Ensure integration of functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements
– Review and finalize concept designs aligned with project vision and feasibility
🤝 Consultant & Stakeholder Management
– Coordinate with architects, structural, MEP, and specialized consultants
– Provide clear design briefs and review submissions for quality and feasibility
– Ensure compliance with local regulations and statutory norms
📐 Design Development & Technical Oversight
– Drive design development from concept to execution stage
– Ensure effective integration of structural and MEP elements
– Collaborate with execution teams on specifications, materials, budgets, and timelines
📄 Drawings & Documentation
– Oversee preparation of conceptual, approval, tender, and GFC drawings
– Maintain high standards of detailing, accuracy, and documentation control
– Support presentation drawings and design models
🏢 Site Coordination & Execution Support
– Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to design intent
– Validate materials, finishes, and construction quality
– Manage design changes due to site or client requirements
🎓 Educational Qualifications
– Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
– Master’s Degree (M.Arch / Urban Design / Construction Management) preferred
🧠 Experience & Skills
– 10–15 years of relevant experience in real estate projects (high-rise preferred)
– Strong expertise in design coordination and project execution
– Understanding of development regulations and approval processes
💻 Technical Expertise
– Proficiency in AutoCAD
– Working knowledge of MS Office
– Familiarity with design coordination and drawing management tools
