🔑 Key Responsibilities

🤖 Enterprise Automation & Strategy

– Define and execute automation and digital transformation roadmap

– Identify automation opportunities across sales, marketing, projects, finance, procurement, HR, and compliance

– Drive process standardization and digitization across business units

🔗 Systems Integration & Technology Management

– Lead integration of CRM, ERP, DMS, HRMS, procurement, billing, and BI tools

– Ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability

– Evaluate and manage technology vendors and partners

⚙️ Workflow Digitization & Governance

– Translate SOPs, approval workflows, and governance frameworks into system-driven processes

– Implement controls, escalation mechanisms, and exception handling

– Establish and maintain master data governance

🧩 Functional Automation

– Automate sales lifecycle including lead management, booking, and collections

– Digitize project monitoring, cost tracking, vendor management, and billing processes

📊 Analytics & Reporting

– Develop leadership dashboards covering sales, cost, cashflow, margins, and compliance

– Enable real-time MIS and business intelligence reporting

– Drive data-led decision-making across functions

🔄 Change Management & Compliance

– Drive system adoption through training and change management initiatives

– Establish governance for system usage and upgrades

– Ensure audit trails, data security, and statutory compliance

🎓 Educational Qualifications

– BE / B.Tech in IT, Computer Science, or related field

– MBA (Systems / Operations / IT) with strong technology orientation

🧠 Experience & Skills

– 12–18 years in enterprise automation / digital transformation / systems integration

– Strong experience in CRM, ERP, workflow automation, and BI implementation

– Exposure to real estate, construction, infrastructure, or similar industries preferred

– Strong understanding of cross-functional business processes
