πŸ—‚οΈ Project Planning & Scheduling

-Develop comprehensive project schedules (baseline, master, and detailed plans)

-Define milestones, timelines, and critical paths across projects

-Ensure alignment with contractual and business deliverables

πŸ“Š Monitoring & Control

-Track progress against approved schedules and highlight deviations

-Analyze delays, risks, and bottlenecks; recommend corrective actions

-Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and progress updates for leadership

🀝 Cross-functional Coordination

-Collaborate with design, procurement, and execution teams

-Align material and resource planning with project timelines

-Support site teams in achieving milestones and resolving challenges

πŸ’° Cost & Resource Planning

-Integrate schedules with cost plans and cash flow projections

-Monitor utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment

-Drive cost control through effective planning and tracking

⚠️ Risk Management

-Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies

-Monitor critical activities and ensure proactive issue resolution

-Implement contingency plans for delays and disruptions

βš™οΈ Systems & Process Improvement

-Standardize planning tools, processes, and reporting formats

-Drive adoption of project management software (Primavera / MS Project)

-Continuously improve planning efficiency and workflows

πŸŽ“ Educational Qualifications

-Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech)

-Master’s Degree in Construction / Project Management (preferred)

🧠 Experience & Skills

– 15–20 years of experience in project planning & control

-Strong exposure to real estate / infrastructure projects

-Experience managing multiple large-scale developments

-High-rise project experience preferred
