📈 Sales Strategy & Planning

– Develop project-wise and annual sales strategies aligned with business objectives.

– Define sales targets, revenue forecasts, and absorption plans.

– Support the planning of new project launches and go-to-market strategies.

– Assist leadership in developing short-term and long-term growth strategies.

🔍 Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis

– Conduct market research on pricing trends, demand patterns, and competitor strategies.

– Track micro-market dynamics, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities.

– Recommend strategic actions based on market insights and analysis.

💰 Pricing & Product Strategy

– Design pricing frameworks, promotional schemes, and discount strategies.

– Work with internal teams to evaluate pricing revisions and offer effectiveness.

– Analyze product mix performance and unit configuration trends.

📊 Sales Performance & Analytics

– Monitor sales funnel performance, lead conversion ratios, and channel productivity.

– Analyze customer acquisition cost (CAC) and sales performance metrics.

– Create dashboards, MIS reports, and strategic insights for leadership review.

– Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.

🤝 Channel & Business Development Strategy

– Evaluate channel partner performance and incentive programs.

– Support channel expansion and institutional sales initiatives.

– Work with marketing teams to analyze campaign ROI and lead quality.

🔗 Cross-Functional Collaboration

– Work closely with sales, marketing, CRM, finance, projects, and legal teams.

– Support leadership in strategic presentations and business reviews.

– Contribute to data-driven decision making for business growth.

🎓 Required Qualifications

– MBA / PGDM in Strategy, Marketing, Finance, or Business Management.

– 6 – 10 years of experience in business strategy, consulting, or real estate sales analytics.

– Strong understanding of residential real estate markets, pricing, and sales lifecycle.
