🛠️ Key Responsibilities
📊 Accounting Operations
– Manage complete accounting functions including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, and Fixed Assets.
– Ensure timely monthly closing of books and accuracy of financial records.
– Standardize and strengthen accounting processes across projects and business units.
📈 Financial Reporting & MIS
– Prepare and review monthly MIS reports, variance analysis, and financial dashboards.
– Monitor project profitability and financial performance.
– Support leadership with management reports and financial insights.
– Ensure accuracy of financial data in ERP and reporting systems.
📑 Statutory Compliance
– Ensure timely filing and compliance for GST, TDS, and income tax provisions.
– Manage statutory and internal audits.
– Handle tax notices, reconciliations, and regulatory requirements.
– Ensure compliance with real estate regulatory financial standards where applicable.
🏗️ Project & Cost Accounting
– Monitor project-wise cost tracking and revenue recognition.
– Track customer receivables and collections performance.
– Support project teams in budget planning and cost control.
🔍 Internal Controls & Risk Management
– Establish strong financial controls and standard operating procedures.
– Ensure readiness for internal and external audits.
– Identify and mitigate financial risks and process gaps.
💰 Cash Flow & Working Capital
– Monitor receivables, payables, and overall cash position.
– Support payment planning and vendor financial management.
– Coordinate fund requirements with treasury and finance teams.
👥 Team Leadership
– Lead and mentor the accounts and finance team.
– Allocate responsibilities and monitor team productivity.
– Drive performance reviews and capability development within the team.
⚙️ Process Improvement & Automation
– Improve accounting efficiency through process automation and ERP optimization.
– Strengthen financial reporting systems and data discipline.
– Drive initiatives to reduce manual errors and improve turnaround times.
🎓 Required Qualifications
– Chartered Accountant (CA) – Preferred
– CA Inter / MBA Finance may be considered with strong experience.
⏳ Experience
– 12 – 18 years of experience in Accounts & Finance
– Minimum 3 – 5 years in a leadership or managerial role
