📊 Project Planning & Management
– Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
– Ensure projects are delivered within defined timelines and budget parameters.
– Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors for smooth project execution.
– Build strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and project stakeholders.
🏗️ Project Execution & Monitoring
– Oversee day-to-day construction activities and project operations.
– Monitor project progress and resolve issues affecting timelines or quality.
– Ensure compliance with construction standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
– Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans.
👥 Leadership & Team Management
– Lead and mentor project managers, engineers, and site teams.
– Build a high-performance and collaborative project environment.
– Support team development through training and mentoring initiatives.
📑 Stakeholder Communication
– Act as the primary point of contact for project communication.
– Present project progress reports and updates to senior management.
– Address project-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
⚠️ Risk Management
– Identify potential project risks and mitigation strategies.
– Develop contingency plans to maintain project continuity and efficiency.
💰 Financial Oversight
– Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
– Ensure effective resource allocation and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
🎓 Required Qualifications
– Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
– 18+ years of experience in real estate or construction project management
– Proven experience managing large-scale real estate projects from start to completion
– Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
– Deep understanding of construction practices, project controls, and regulatory requirements
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
– Master’s degree in Construction Management / Civil Engineering
– PMP or equivalent project management certification
– Knowledge of green building or sustainable construction practices
