🛠️ Key Responsibilities

– Lead and manage a sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

– Drive commercial property / B2B sales opportunities through strategic lead generation.

– Identify and develop new business opportunities and key client relationships.

– Support the team in negotiations, deal structuring, and successful closures.

– Monitor team performance and provide guidance, mentoring, and sales training.

– Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.

– Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics through CRM or reporting tools.

– Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

🎯 Required Skills & Experience

– Proven experience in commercial sales.

– Prior experience in team leadership or managing a sales team.

– Strong ability in lead generation, negotiation, and deal closures.

– Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

– Target-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
