🛠️ Key Responsibilities
📐 Design Leadership & Planning
– Lead planning and design of high-rise residential projects (Rehab & Sale)
– Ensure compliance with DCPR 2034 guidelines and building regulations
– Oversee architectural, structural, and MEP design integration
📑 Drawings & Approvals
– Review and approve GFC (Good for Construction) drawings
– Ensure all drawings align with approved municipal plans
– Validate designs before submission and execution
🤝 Consultant & Stakeholder Coordination
– Coordinate with design architects, liaison consultants, structural, MEP, and vendors
– Ensure seamless collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders
– Resolve design and execution challenges proactively
🏗️ Project Coordination
– Work closely with project, planning, and execution teams
– Ensure design feasibility and smooth project progress
– Monitor implementation to maintain design quality and intent
🎯 Required Skills
– Strong experience in high-rise residential projects (SRA preferred)
– Expertise in design coordination across architectural, structural & MEP
– In-depth knowledge of DCPR 2034 regulations
– Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
– Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability
