🛠️ Key Responsibilities
📐 Design & Planning
– Design and plan high-rise residential buildings (Rehab & Sale)
– Ensure compliance with DCPR 2034 regulations
– Develop detailed layouts and architectural plans
📑 Drawings & Execution
– Prepare and release GFC (Good for Construction) drawings
– Ensure all drawings align with approved municipal plans
– Review consultant drawings before final approvals
🤝 Coordination
– Coordinate with design architects, liaison consultants, structural, MEP, and vendors
– Work closely with site and PMO teams for execution alignment
– Collaborate with sales & marketing teams for project collaterals
🏗️ Site Monitoring
– Conduct regular site visits to ensure execution as per drawings
– Identify discrepancies and coordinate for timely resolution
– Ensure quality and adherence to design intent
🎯 Required Skills
– Strong knowledge of high-rise residential design (SRA preferred)
– Hands-on experience with GFC drawings and execution planning
– Good understanding of DCPR 2034 guidelines
– Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
– Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
