We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with strong expertise in Wire Rod sales and market development. The role focuses on expanding business through channel partners, dealer networks, retail markets, and direct sales activities.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong distribution networks in the steel industry.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
📈 Sales & Market Development
– Drive sales growth of Wire Rod products through dealer and distribution networks.
– Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base.
– Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase market share.
🤝 Channel & Dealer Management
– Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
– Monitor dealer performance and ensure consistent product availability.
– Support channel partners in sales growth and market penetration.
🚪 Direct Sales & Market Penetration
– Implement direct sales and door-to-door sales initiatives to expand reach.
– Work closely with retailers and end customers to promote products and drive demand.
📊 Sales Performance & Reporting
– Track sales targets and maintain regular sales performance reports.
– Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities.
🎯 Eligibility Criteria
– Minimum 5 years of Sales & Marketing experience in Wire Rod
– Strong experience in channel sales, dealer distribution, retail sales, and direct sales
– Exposure to export, OEM, government, or project sales is not required for this role
