🚀 Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with strong expertise in ERW Steel Pipes sales and distribution. The role focuses on expanding market reach through dealer networks, retail channels, and direct sales activities.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of building distribution networks and driving sales growth in the steel or pipe industry.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

📈 Sales & Market Development

– Drive sales growth of ERW Steel Pipes through dealer and distribution networks.

– Expand market presence through retail and direct sales initiatives.

– Identify new business opportunities and develop strong channel partnerships.

🤝 Channel & Dealer Management

– Build and strengthen dealer and distributor relationships.

– Monitor dealer performance and ensure consistent product availability.

– Support dealers with sales strategies and market expansion plans.

🚪 Direct Sales & Market Penetration

– Implement door-to-door sales strategies to expand market reach.

– Engage with retailers and end customers to promote products and increase brand visibility.

📊 Sales Monitoring & Reporting

– Track sales performance and maintain regular sales reports and market insights.

– Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

🎯 Eligibility Criteria

– Minimum 5 years of Sales & Marketing experience in ERW Steel Pipes

– Strong experience in channel / dealer distribution, retail sales, and direct sales

– Exposure to export, OEM, government, or project sales is not required for this role
