🛠️ Key Responsibilities
📦 Logistics & Delivery Management
– Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials.
– Plan logistics including transport arrangements, routing, cost optimization, and delivery schedules.
– Track shipments and maintain delivery status updates for internal teams and stakeholders.
📊 Inventory & Material Planning
– Ensure material availability as per project timelines and planning requirements.
– Monitor inventory levels and identify slow-moving or non-moving stock.
– Maintain accurate logistics records and documentation.
🤝 Supplier & Transport Coordination
– Work closely with transport companies and logistics partners for dispatch and tracking.
– Manage waybills, shipment documentation, and dispatch records.
– Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics vendors.
🏗️ Project Logistics Support
– Support multiple project sites with timely logistics coordination.
– Visit project locations when required for on-ground logistics supervision (7–15 days/month).
– Ensure efficient material storage and handling at project sites.
📈 Data & Reporting
– Maintain logistics and supply chain data in Excel and ERP/SAP systems.
– Monitor delivery timelines, logistics costs, and operational efficiency.
– Generate reports to support supply chain planning and forecasting.
🎓 Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline
⏳ Experience
– 2 – 8 years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
– Experience in IT infrastructure / AV / UPS / technology projects industry preferred
