What we’re looking for :
- 6+ years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL development
- Experience leading and mentoring a mid-sized technical team
- Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle PL/SQL and SQL
- Experience with Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, Triggers, and complex queries
- Good knowledge of SQL/PLSQL performance optimization
- Experience handling technical troubleshooting and production issues
- Ability to understand requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions
- Experience reviewing code and maintaining development quality
- Strong stakeholder and client communication skills
What you’ll bring :
- Strong technical ownership and problem-solving ability
- Experience managing development activities from requirements through deployment
- Ability to guide team members and coordinate technical deliverables
- Good understanding of application support and issue resolution
- Ability to work effectively with business, QA, project management, and technical teams
- Strong communication, planning, and decision-making skills
- Experience with enterprise applications or BFSI projects will be an advantage
