What we’re looking for :
- 8–10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in Tile Adhesives / Construction Chemicals.
- Strong exposure to products such as Tile Adhesives, Grouts, Epoxy, Screed, or related building-material products.
- Experience in Project Sales and business development.
- Proven ability to manage and develop sales teams.
- Experience working with Architects, Consultants, Contractors, Dealers, and Channel Partners.
- Strong understanding of market expansion, pricing, competition, and customer segmentation.
