What we’re looking for:
- 5–8 years of experience in chemical manufacturing, preferably in Chemical / Agrochemical / Pesticide production.
- Experience handling production shifts and shop-floor operations.
- Strong exposure to chemical processes, reactor operations, distillation, scrubbers, chilling systems, and solvent handling.
- Experience managing operators and contract workforce.
- Good understanding of SOPs, safety procedures, work permits, PPE, and process safety.
- Ability to coordinate with Maintenance, Stores, HR, Safety, and Plant Management.
- Experience in troubleshooting production issues and minimizing downtime.

- B.Tech. / B.E. in Chemical Engineering.
- Strong production planning and shift-management skills.
- Knowledge of hazardous chemical handling and safe operating practices.
- Ability to identify root causes and take timely corrective action.
