• Strong hands-on expertise in C++
• Solid experience with Win32 and MFC
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and software architecture
• Good knowledge of software design patterns and their practical implementation
• Experience developing applications that interact with hardware or industrial equipment
• Strong understanding of multithreaded application development
• Experience troubleshooting complex performance, memory, and application issues
• Prior experience mentoring junior or mid-level developers
