What We’re Looking For
• 2–4 years of relevant Business Analyst experience
• Mandatory experience in the Banking / Financial Services domain
• Experience working on banking applications or software projects
• Strong requirement gathering and business analysis skills
• Understanding of business process design and functional documentation
• Experience preparing BRD, FRD, FSD, or functional approach documents
• Strong client interaction and stakeholder management experience
• Knowledge of banking processes and applications
• Remittance domain knowledge will be an advantage
What You’ll Bring
• Strong requirement elicitation and analysis skills
• Ability to convert business requirements into clear functional specifications
• Good understanding of process flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Strong documentation and functional design capabilities
• Ability to coordinate effectively with development and testing teams
• Experience supporting effort estimation and project planning
• Knowledge of User Acceptance Testing and functional reviews
• Ability to conduct product demonstrations and requirement walkthroughs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and requirements effectively
