What We’re Looking For
• 8–10 years of experience in Java/J2EE-based application development
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in the Banking / BFSI domain
• Minimum 2 years of team management experience
• Experience managing teams of approximately 8–10 developers/testers
• Strong understanding of Microservices and enterprise application development
• Experience in project estimation, planning, execution, and delivery
• Proven experience in client interaction and stakeholder management
• Engineering degree or MCA with relevant postgraduate qualification
What You’ll Bring
• Strong knowledge of Core Java and J2EE
• Hands-on experience with Spring / Spring Boot and Microservices
• Good understanding of Hibernate, JPA, and JDBC
• Experience with REST/SOAP web services and API integrations
• Knowledge of Oracle or MS SQL databases
• Familiarity with Git/SVN, Maven, and software development tools
• Understanding of JSON, Swagger, and Postman
• Exposure to Spring Security and Spring Batch
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, or .NET will be an advantage
• Strong leadership, delegation, and team management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
