What we’re looking for :
- 3–6 years of experience in PLC programming and industrial automation
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or Mechatronics
- Hands-on experience with PLC programming and Ladder Logic
- Knowledge of Allen-Bradley PLCs is preferred
- Experience with HMI, VFDs, sensors, motors, actuators, and control systems
- Ability to troubleshoot PLC programs, I/O signals, and automation-related breakdowns
- Experience supporting installation, testing, and commissioning of automated equipment
- Good understanding of industrial communication and electrical interfaces
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work at plant locations and support breakdown/commissioning activities
What you’ll bring :
- Strong hands-on approach to industrial automation and controls
- Ability to develop and modify PLC/HMI programs based on machine requirements
- Experience diagnosing control-system and machine-related issues
- Ability to work closely with Production and Maintenance teams
- Good documentation and program-backup practices
- Understanding of preventive maintenance for automation systems
- Ability to contribute to automation improvements and machine upgrades
- Strong focus on safety, reliability, and production continuity
