What we’re looking for:
- 18–25 years of experience in Finance & Accounts
- At least 10 years in a senior finance leadership role
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory
- Strong experience across financial planning, accounting, taxation, treasury, audit, and business finance
- Proven experience managing budgeting, forecasting, MIS, financial reporting, and profitability analysis
- Strong understanding of GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and other regulatory requirements
- Experience managing banking relationships, borrowings, cash flow, and working capital
- Strong exposure to statutory, internal, tax, and cost audits
- Experience in manufacturing or building materials is preferred
- Experience working with senior management and supporting Board-level financial reporting
