What we’re looking for :
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO
- Strong experience leading SAP FICO implementations and transformation projects
- Expertise across FI and CO, including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Controlling (CO)
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Experience with ECC to S/4HANA migration
- Experience implementing or working with New GL
- Strong SAP FICO configuration and integration expertise
- Experience integrating FICO with MM, SD, PP, and other systems
- Hands-on experience with data migration, UAT, testing, and deployment
- Experience managing custom enhancements and system improvements
- Strong understanding of SOX compliance and internal controls
- Experience leading and mentoring SAP consulting teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills

- Experience managing projects through the complete lifecycle—from blueprinting and configuration to go-live and support
