What weβre looking for :
- Business Development: Identify and convert new opportunities in import/export freight forwarding.
- Client Engagement: Conduct regular visits to understand logistics needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Commercials: Negotiate rates, prepare quotations, and close deals aligned with company policies.
- Relationship Management: Strengthen ties with existing clients to ensure repeat business and upsell opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with operations and customer service teams for seamless shipment execution.
- Targets & Reporting: Achieve monthly/quarterly sales goals and provide market intelligence to management.
- Industry Presence: Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry forums.
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
What youβll bring :
- 5 to 15 years of sales experience in freight forwarding (mandatory)
- Strong pipeline in export sales preferred
- Presentable with excellent communication skills
- Age below 45 years
