What we’re looking for :

  • Business Development: Identify and convert new opportunities in import/export freight forwarding.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct regular visits to understand logistics needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Commercials: Negotiate rates, prepare quotations, and close deals aligned with company policies.
  • Relationship Management: Strengthen ties with existing clients to ensure repeat business and upsell opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with operations and customer service teams for seamless shipment execution.
  • Targets & Reporting: Achieve monthly/quarterly sales goals and provide market intelligence to management.
  • Industry Presence: Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry forums.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

What you’ll bring :

  • 5 to 15 years of sales experience in freight forwarding (mandatory)
  • Strong pipeline in export sales preferred
  • Presentable with excellent communication skills
  • Age below 45 years
