What we’re looking for :
- Lead planning, design, and estimation of substations, transmission/distribution networks, and related systems.
- Develop scalable power strategies for large development areas.
- Prepare cost estimates and support business plans for infrastructure investments.
- Contribute to annual operating plans aligned with business goals.
- Manage implementation of electrical works (220KV / 33KV / 11KV substations, distribution lines, street lighting, transformers).
- Review consultant reports and provide approvals.
- Guide procurement and contractor selection with technical inputs.
- Supervise contractor performance to ensure quality and timelines.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and government authorities for approvals and issue resolution.
- Advise on licensing, tariff structures, and franchise models.
What you’ll bring :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
- 15–20 years of experience in construction, operation, and maintenance of electrical infrastructure.
- Proven expertise in: Substations (220KV / 33KV / 11KV), Transmission & distribution lines (33KV / 11KV), Street lighting systems, Power transformers
