We are seeking a seasoned Legal Litigation Professional to lead and manage complex litigation matters while safeguarding the organization’s legal interests across multiple business verticals.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Handle end-to-end litigation matters across civil, commercial, corporate, labor, regulatory, and criminal law domains.
✅ Develop litigation strategies and work closely with external counsels, law firms, and key stakeholders.
✅ Draft, review, and vet legal notices, petitions, pleadings, affidavits, appeals, agreements, and settlement documents.
✅ Manage dispute resolution, arbitration, mediation, and settlement negotiations.
✅ Monitor legal risks, provide strategic legal advice, and ensure timely compliance with court and regulatory requirements.
✅ Represent and coordinate matters before courts, tribunals, consumer forums, and regulatory authorities.
✅ Maintain litigation records, case trackers, and periodic management updates.
Ideal Candidate
✔ LL.B. degree with Bar Council enrollment.
✔ 10+ years of litigation experience in a law firm, corporate legal team, or both.
✔ Strong expertise in civil, commercial, corporate, labor, consumer, and regulatory laws.
✔ Proven experience handling complex and high-value litigation matters.
✔ Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Ability to independently manage multiple cases and drive strategic legal outcomes.
Preferred Experience
⭐ Exposure to arbitration, mediation, and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
⭐ Experience handling matters before High Courts, Tribunals, Consumer Forums, and Regulatory Authorities.
⭐ Prior exposure to Media, Real Estate, Entertainment, or Corporate sectors will be an advantage.
