We are looking for an experienced Legal Litigation Manager to handle and oversee litigation matters across civil, commercial, corporate, labor, regulatory, and criminal law domains.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage end-to-end litigation matters and dispute resolution processes
✅ Draft and review legal notices, pleadings, petitions, affidavits, agreements, and other legal documents
✅ Coordinate with external advocates, law firms, and regulatory authorities
✅ Develop litigation strategies and provide legal risk assessment to management
✅ Handle pre-litigation negotiations, settlements, mediation, and arbitration matters
✅ Track ongoing cases, ensure timely filings, and maintain litigation records
✅ Advise business teams on legal and regulatory implications
Requirements:
✔ LL.B. degree with Bar Council enrollment
✔ 8–10 years of litigation experience in corporate legal departments or law firms
✔ Strong expertise in civil, commercial, corporate, labor, consumer, and regulatory laws
✔ Excellent drafting, negotiation, research, and stakeholder management skills
✔ Experience appearing before courts, tribunals, consumer forums, and regulatory authorities
Preferred Skills:
⭐ Arbitration, mediation, and dispute resolution experience
⭐ Strong analytical, risk assessment, and problem-solving abilities
⭐ Ability to independently manage multiple high-value litigation matters
