We are looking for an experienced Zscaler Security SME with strong expertise in Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Design, implement, and support Zscaler security solutions across enterprise environments
✅ Manage and optimize ZIA and DLP policies to enhance security and data protection
✅ Lead client interactions, requirement gathering, solution deployment, and project delivery
✅ Prepare project documentation, technical reports, and implementation sign-offs
✅ Troubleshoot security incidents and provide technical guidance to stakeholders
✅ Ensure best practices for cloud security, web security, and data protection are followed
Required Skills
✔ 8–10 years of overall IT/Security experience
✔ Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on expertise in Zscaler DLP (Mandatory)
✔ Strong experience with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA)
✔ Experience in client-facing roles, implementation projects, and solution delivery
✔ Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
✔ Strong understanding of cloud security and data protection frameworks
