We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to manage procurement and material sourcing operations for ongoing real estate and construction projects.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end procurement of construction materials, finishing items, and services
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for quality and cost-effective purchasing
• Ensure timely availability of materials as per project timelines
• Develop and maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships
• Prepare purchase orders, comparative statements, and procurement reports
• Coordinate with project, site, and finance teams for smooth execution
• Monitor inventory levels and material delivery schedules
• Implement cost optimization and process improvement initiatives within procurement operations
🎯 Desired Candidate Profile
• Graduate / Diploma / B.Tech in Civil, Supply Chain, Material Management, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in procurement within the real estate or construction industry
• Strong knowledge of building materials, MEP items, and vendor markets
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP / procurement management software
