We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Head with strong expertise in real estate sales strategy, team leadership, and revenue generation.
π Key Responsibilities
β’ Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets
β’ Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivity
β’ Oversee the complete sales cycle from lead generation and site visits to negotiations and closures
β’ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and key stakeholders
β’ Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand to refine sales strategies
β’ Drive project sales through effective planning and execution
β’ Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and budget planning
β’ Present regular MIS and sales reports to senior management
π― What Weβre Looking For
β’ 15+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales
β’ Strong exposure to residential and/or commercial projects
β’ Proven track record in leading high-performing sales teams
β’ Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills
β’ Strong understanding of market dynamics and sales planning
β’ Ability to drive business growth in a competitive market
